Maintenance Plan - 2 Visits per year -1 Heating inspection and cleaning- Includes Mechanical inspection and report on all moving parts of your system, draft induced motor, blower motor, and housing, burners, ignitor, flame sensor, gas valve, heat exchanger, capacitors, evaporator coil, drain line, electrical components 1 Cooling inspection and cleaning - drain line, condenser coil, condenser fan motor + blades, wax clean shroud, check refrigerant levels if needed, Delta T, Return and supply duct inspection only, Filter inspection. Also receive discounted pricing on all repairs, service calls, upgrades, IAQ, and HVAC replacements. This plan covers the HVAC mechanical system zones. Number of the zone's for this plan - 1. 2. Filter Plan -A&A Mechanical services 12 visits per year - will come out and do a monthly filter change for residential, rental, or commercial properties - Plan Includes 2 filters per address. For properties with more than 2 filters, each additional filter is $3.75 and is added to your plan total. $20.00 Monthly

3. Filter + plan includes maintenance plan and filter plan includes 12 filter visits and 2 maintenance visits per year -$30.00 monthly
